Go to the "Orders" tab in My Account or use Track My Order if you checked out as a guest. Download your invoice to send to your insurance provider.
Submit your claim
File a claim form with your insurance provider and include your invoice from Vooglam. Most plans should reimburse within 2-3 weeks.
